YOGA THERAPY
Yoga Therapy empowers us to take charge of our own health using yoga tools like movement, breathing practices, mindfulness and relaxation. Whether you are living with chronic pain, a long-term health condition, stress, anxiety, fatigue or recovering from injury or illness, Yoga Therapy can help you to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system and restore a sense of ease.

I am a trauma-sensitve Yoga Therapist and will work with you to create a yoga practice which focuses on your individual needs and health goals. With an extensive background in both yoga teaching and mental health support, I offer a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to your healing journey and a safe, inclusive and welcoming space.

The Benefits of Yoga Therapy

What happens at a Yoga Therapy session?
-
1:1 Yoga Therapy Sessions are personal and tailored completely to your needs
-
I provide a safe, welcoming space in-person or online to discuss your health goals and to collaboratively design your yoga practice
-
Your individual yoga therapy practice will reflect your current health, as well as your aims, and you will take away your personalised practice to follow at home
-
Yoga Therapy is most effective over a period of time and for this reason, it is recommended to book a course of sessions. We will develop and review your practice plan together over the weeks so it is always relevant to your needs
-
The first session lasts 75 minutes to allow us time to discuss your health information and to explore your goals. Subsequent sessions will last for 1 hour
-
An initial 75 minute session costs £70
-
A 1-hour individual session costs £60
-
A 3-session package of an initial session plus 2 further 1-hour sessions is £170
