All welcome to join this nurturing  session: two hours of restful, calming yoga on a Sunday afternoon to help you unwind your mind and unravel your body

​

We'll start with Restorative Yoga which uses bolsters and blankets to support the body and then enjoy a Yoga Nidra - or 'yogic sleep' - meditation.

 

These styles of yoga are suitable for everyone and especially helpful if you're feeling tired, stressed or recovering from illness

​

Cost of session: £28

​

Bring your yoga mat. Other yoga props will be provided
