Fixed 5-week Friday Gentle Yoga Jun/July

Service Description

These Gentle Yoga classes will help you to stretch and relax, building strength and flexibility and improving your balance. The classes will also include some relaxation and breathing practices. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and to modify poses so that you personalise your practice to suit what you need and complete beginners are welcome. The classes are friendly and fun. By buying a Fixed Date 5-Class Block you are committing to a regular practice which will give you greater health benefits. With this type of booking you will be paying £8 per class, saving a third off a full price single class and guaranteeing your place for all 5 Friday morning Gentle yoga classes at Embleton Way (on Friday 7, 14, 21, 28 June and 5 July - all at 10.00am to 11.00am). Classes are non-transferable - no credits or refunds given, but if you can't make a class, I will send you a free recording of that week's class instead.

Cancellation Policy

If you buy a Fixed Date 5-week block of classes for the discounted price of £40, the classes are non-transferable and no credits or refunds will be given. However, if you can't make a class, as a courtesy, I will offer you a free recording of a class instead. If you buy a 5 or 10 week Class Pass or an Online Class Pass, these must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. You have flexibility with these Passes, and booked classes may be cancelled and rescheduled providing more than 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given, unfortunately no refund or rescheduling is possible, but you are entitled to attend an online yoga class or receive a recording of an online yoga class free of charge. For Special events and workshops like the Weekend Wind-down Restorative Yoga Sessions, payments are non refundable. However, IF I can fill your place at the event, I will transfer your booking to future events and classes, so please give me as much notice as possible of cancellation. If I'm unable to fill your place, unfortunately I can't transfer your booking. Thank you for your understanding.
