Weekend Wind-down Restorative - 19 May

Service Description

2 hours of restful yoga to help you unwind your mind and unravel your body. We'll start with Restorative Yoga where the body is supported by bolsters and blankets and then enjoy a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) guided meditation for deep relaxation. These yoga styles help you to discharge stress hormones and soothe your nervous system so that all your bodily systems can function more fully. This can greatly benefit your physical and mental health. Come along and give it a try! Advance payment is required to secure your place. Payments are non-refundable but if I can fill your place, they are transferable upon request to future events or classes.

Cancellation Policy

If you buy a Fixed Date 5-week block of classes for the discounted price of £40, the classes are non-transferable and no credits or refunds will be given. However, if you can't make a class, as a courtesy, I will offer you a free recording of a class instead. If you buy a 5 or 10 week Class Pass or an Online Class Pass, these must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. You have flexibility with these Passes, and booked classes may be cancelled and rescheduled providing more than 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given, unfortunately no refund or rescheduling is possible, but you are entitled to attend an online yoga class or receive a recording of an online yoga class free of charge. For Special events and workshops like the Weekend Wind-down Restorative Yoga Sessions, payments are non refundable. However, IF I can fill your place at the event, I will transfer your booking to future events and classes, so please give me as much notice as possible of cancellation. If I'm unable to fill your place, unfortunately I can't transfer your booking. Thank you for your understanding.
